It's not yet confirmed, but today an embedded reporter w/ a unit inspecting a
military installation south of Baghdad announced the discovery of a cache of
weapons-grade plutonium.  Stay tuned...  So maybe this is not the weakest
reason.  I think it is the strongest reason especially in long-term
perspective.
