And the fact that I hear it all the time and you never have? 

Isn't it odd that we live in the same city, that we are both interested
in English Grammar, and I hear people say "interested on" all the time
and you never have? 
Well, it could be that "interested on" is not used by people you
communicate with while it is very commonly used by the people I
communicate with. However, since I hear it all the time, in the street,
on the bus, at the store, I can't imagine why you have never heard it.
