Slurs, intended and otherwise

I was taken to task some little while ago for
suggesting that I thought Terrance was gay, that it
was an unfair and without basis.  

I said at the time that I meant no particular offense,
that I had had that impression for some time,
something he had written regarding a refrigerator.  

By chance, ploughing through the P-list, I came upon
the post I was referring to:

The post begins citing Otto saying:

 "Of course Terrance is right."

To which Terrance added:

Gonna print it up in red letters (actually I'm Left
you know) and tack it to my lover's refrigerator.
Don't even ask why it's His fridge, it's a long story.

Again, I could care less and may have missed some
