Well, I don't know if it's a taboo to discuss it, but you have to expect
(not accept) that there are people who don't think that bombing
Hiroshima was an American atrocity. I think it was. You can state that
GR doesn't endorse a Christian world view. I have, I agree, I've held
this position since first reading the novel and I still hold this
opinion. I don't think the novel is anti-christian or anti-religious.
