I'm with Rob and John on this one. Not all of us want to buy a(nother) copy 
of 1984 but we'd like a chance to join the discussion.

I'd also suggest we start a Dave Monroe Scanner Appeal in appreciation of 
his transcribing services and out of concern for the health of his tendons
