This from the same guy who all but accuses me of
copyright violation every time I cite anything here? 
And now having "bowdlerized" the damn thing (though I
like to think of it as taking the trouble to type up
with my some of the interesting bits for y'all, not
exactly an easy thing to do when you're arthritic
...), either I or someone else is supposed to key in
the whole goddam thing? Talk about yr "doubletink." 
Doubleplusungood.  Sheesh.  I'm inclined to agree with
Slothenvypride.  Hell, I get books and records FROM
Australian from time to time becuse things can be so
cheap it cancels out the transpacific/transcontinental
shipping.  But, hey, I'll send along a xerox to anyone
in dire need, so long as you can wait a couple weeks
'til I'm over the taxes (not to mention teh eBay) and
can afford postage again.  But then again, given the
time, inclination, and lack of discouragement, it's
very likely I'll have posted it in its entirety by
Monday, so ...
