I'll betcha Rob is speaking for others as well when he says he doesn't want
Dave's postings to be his first exposure to the Pynchon essay. I stopped
reading them when I realized they were out of order excerpts. No insult
intended to Dave, but just because he has put effort into doing something a
certain way doesn't mean a person is rude for not liking this particular
method. Those who appreciate it can enjoy it, and those of us who wish to
wait and read it in its entirety can delete or save Dave's offerings for
later consumption.
