I've never absolved myself of being rude, Rob.  I know I'm an asshole.  No hypocricy here. But I'm not ungrateful, least of all to egalatarian Dave who was trying to provide us ALL with passages of the Foreward to get us started on a discussion. And note the haughty expectation of how "someone" will provide Rob with what he wants. Diverting this topic away from the fact that you owe Monroe a simple apology only shows what a dick you are, Rob.   Sad, really.
