Well I don't know about that.  I didn't think we were discussing public policy,
just the "dangers" of the internet for an evil control greater than the
mustached totalitarians of past could imagine.  If this thrat were so real then
China wouldn't be trying to reign-in what its citizens can access.  The
internet is much more in tune, useful in a variety of ways, to an underground
movement(s).  Just ask the Terrorists.
