Though I haven't seen them play any North Side clubs in a long time -- and
Dave Monroe may even be familiar with them -- a great band that put the ol'
farfisa to brilliant use is the Bent Scepters.  Five dudes outta Iowa, I
think (despite what the one link claims as origins in LA).  Don't know if
they're still around, but their debut disc, _Blind Date With Destiny_, is
excellent.
