VLVL 3 Zoyd and Hector

Obviously Hector and his colleagues break the law and
piss on the Constitution -- but that's in the course
of their work as employees of and agents for the
government. 

Forgive me if I disagree with the notion that there is
no distinction between oppressor and oppressed, in
Pynchon's writings, and elsewhere in the world. I find
that a misguided concept, and I hope you won't take it
personally.
