p5:  Prairie to Zoyd:  "Calvin doesn't cut nothin' bigger than a 14...and you 
ought to be locked up."  A woman's dress size 16, next up from 14, wouldn't 
be particularly large for a man of some girth.  It would hang quite loosely on 
a 31-inch waist & inseam, 5'10" classic connecticut soccer dad however.  Also, 
Prairie's complaints or fears about gaining weight imply that this is a 
family hefting toward bowling rather than tennis physiques.  From these hints, I'd 
guess Zoyd to be rather tall and wide.  He couldn't buy his dresses at Elegant 
Consignment, for instance, where the biggest men's trousers are 34" waist and 
most giant lady's dresses are size 10.
