NPPF hiatus?

I hope this schedule revision is okay with everybody. I note that things have picked up agreeably today, but I imagine things are going to be pretty quiet over the holiday, at least among our United States correspondents, what with all that beer and barbecue and stuff. Lovely, innit, that we celebrate work by indulging in indolence.
For some reason, Jasper, I'm not receiving some of your posts to the list. I didn't see that "irresolute compass" note--excellent diagnosis, by the way--until it arrived just now as part of Vincent's post on the schedule.
