It's a bit more complex than that. Isn't it? 

Everyone is remembering and/or interpreting (even if they were not born
when the events took place) the past differently. In Zoyd's case, we
also need to keep in mind  that on so many of the Kodac moments in his
life he was on LSD. 

Welcome to Hallmark. On this planet,  your wedding, the birth of your
child, all the Kodac moments in your life will be Kodachromed into your
memory.
