Right, Frenesi is responsible for killing her lover Weed. A man. She had sex
with Weed immediately after she had sex with Brock. Her sex is the way Brock
uses her, like he uses Flash's sex.

Not necessarily. What has Ralph to do with a (maybe) sexual obsession
between DL and Frenesi?

There's no indication that Frenesi has lesbian tendencies. She's been
married twice, has two children from two different men.

And why should Pynchon make a secret about it? The other sexual scenes are
very "open" -- Zoyd masturbating, Frenesi and Brock, DL and Takeshi (as
doubles). Why?
