Intrigued, I googled Rope Eater, and to my dismay


Ben Jones majored in English at Yale University and was awarded a grant 
from the National Endowment for the Humanities. He was an editor for the 
Adventure Library, where he edited classic tales of exploration. Jones 
lives with his wife and two young daughters in Bennington, Vermont, where 
he is the director of admissions for Bennington College.


Alma mater of Tama, Brett, Jay, Donna...not even Lethem's  participation is 
enough to overcome those blemishes.....

But I think I'm gonna take the bait anyway....
