VLVL2 Host List & Reading Schedule Adjustment

In an effort to rectify our original schedule, which is slightly askew due to the holidays and such, I offer the following adjustment to the group reading of Vineland.  Hopefully this will allow us plenty of time to discuss the remaining chapters.
