Actually, the Afghan war is still going on.  I don't think there's any reason 
for the USA to go to war with Iraq now.  The US has placed its pawns on the 
chessboard.  The UN inspectors are in Iraq.  Stalemate?  Well, Saddam is not 
going to start anything in this status quo.  This situation actually can go 
on indefinitely.  Ergo, no war.  Checkmate!
