Please......it has been announced that Blair presented a brief in
support of Powell's presentation, which turns out to have been
cribbed from old foreign policy articles...this process has long
since ceased being a source of amusement........it is now a full
scale national embarrassment......
and I wonder, how does Saddam prove he DOESN'T possess the
offending articles?

We SOLD HIM the means to develop horrendous weapons, during
a period in which our foreing policy was run by pretty much the
same gang of imbeciles.......and yet, in spite of a war on his turf,
12 years of endless taunts and instigation, Saddam has, NOT
ONCE, threatened to use such against us or any of our
interests......Saudi Arabia, however, beneficiaries of our national
largesse in so many respects, bribes Ossama to turn his attention
away from the Ibn Sauds and actively funds his plans for mayhem
in this nation........every minute spent making Saddam the villian is
another minute spent appeasing and propping up a regime JUST
AS ODIOUS and FAR MORE DANGEROUS than Saddam's....
I have no love for Hussein, I wish him a slow and very painful death
at the hands of a Kurd, or a Marsh Arab - but I refuse to be party
to the Scrub administrations absurd postions......
and I am profoundly saddened to hear you speak like this. Please
don't shut off your considerable critical faculty when listening to
this gang of punks.......
love,
cfa
