As I stated more definitively in my subsequent post responding to Quail's
reply, "in the analogy I'm operating with the 'court' is the UN, and the
pertinent 'law' is SC Resolution 1441."
I take responsibility for some ambiguity in the initial post and accept that
your misinterpretation of my remarks was indeliberate.
