I never thought prozak was joking--EXACTLY. Limbaugh and Fox News
Network-type commentary seems totally designed to play upon envy and
desire for revenge among very very non elite segments of the populace.
In other words it shamelessly serves as a salve to the mental state
known as RESSENTIMENT. Since Ressentiment derives from social
inequality, and since social inequality is generally considered to be a
left issue, prozak's proposition is sort of in a way demonstrated. On
the other hand, the filthy lies and distortions that pour forth from
these sources obviously have as their main aim to damage politicians of
the Democratic party (Bill and Hillary types) and by so doing boost the
stock of Republican/George W. Bush programs. Which puts a whole other
face on things.
