Nope. I always find chess kind of dull. It's a game you get good at by memorising all the
combinations. I prefer video games.

We could discuss whether "the" Pynchon actually played all day but no one hear actually knows. My
personal Pynchon doesn't play chess but is fascinated by Reversi and Go. More abstract you see.
