TX, CA, and TP

I generally dislike Texans.  It's because I have to deal with them when they
visit New Orleans on vacation.  They generally believe that the world, my world
in particular, belongs to them, and that I'm a visitor.

But Austin...   Austin is to Texas what New Orleans is to the United States. 
Have you ever heard of Hippie Hollow?  It is still Texas, but sometimes it's
easy to forget that fact.
