30 billion dollars for a temporary landing strip and a camp ground? How
many hospitals, clinics, schools, libraries, transit systems, nature
preserves, housing intiatives, drug treatment programs, water purification
plants, renewable energy projects, museums, cultural centers, toxic
waste clean-ups, urban renewal projects, scholarships, grants, theaters,
outreach programs, etc., etc., etc.,,,

This is truly unbelievable. There is no logic that can rationalize this 
madness. No timetable can keep this train on track.
