Howdy all.
Gone for a bit more than a week, now back. Deleted perhaps *500* posts
unread. You are all wasting my time. You ought to consider your own
time precious. I for one am not listening to any of you any more.

I am left with *18* on "Under The Rose" --- a yield of less than 4%.
Now I have some posts to open and read. Many thanks to Sam, who appears
to have given it the old college try, and to five more of you.
