Your previous remark in defence of the Iraqi regime -- i.e. that Iraq is an
"otherwise sovereign state" -- seemed to contradict this pronouncement.

You again choose to distort what I wrote. Big surprise. I wrote "many of
those". Certainly not all, but a significant percentage.
