Jews are an ethnic group as well as a religious group. (Some would argue two
ethnic groups, Ashkenazi and Sephardim.) I'm an atheist who distrusts the
influence of religion upon government. So are many Jews. This fact is
glaringly obvious. You need to explain yourself a lot better here. Specious
declarations that "we won't understand" aren't going to cut it.
