SAN JOSE (KRON) -- A coalition of African-Americans in San Jose asked the 
Santa Clara County Human Relations Commission to ban the word that has come 
to be known as 'the N-word.' Some in the local African-American community 
ultimately want to crimilize the n-word, making the use of it a hate crime, 
but at the very least they wanted Santa Clara County to take a stand with a 
resolution denouncing it's use.
