Alright, alright ...

And what do have for our contestants, Murthy? The
home version always makes a lovely parting gift ...

Actually, I anserwed 'em over and over again, even
before you'd "made" them, even when it wasn't my
"crap," even when sorely misread/represented (see
above), ad nauseam, ad infinitum, ad astra per apsera,
ad reinhart, ad ad adCHOO! Adscuse me ...

I'm just the way God made me. But no you weren't ...

Well, Doug's a married man, and me, well, I guess that
I'm just married to the List, so ...

No, thank YOU. Praise you ((c) Fatboy Slim).
Whatever. No, as a comic or no, in all seriousness,
this has gone on way too long, and no doubt will
continue to do so, but ... but while I'd maintain, and
will maintain, that I behave no worse than my loyal
opposition, I also understand that I can easily be
(mis)read as much angrier, nastier, and just plain
meaner than I intend to be. And sometimes I intend to
be read as pretty damn angry, nasty and mean, but ...
well, I think most everybody posting around us here's
picked that up, up to and including, er, Aaron (who I
believe has actually outdone me on this count) but
that's not an easy thing to do when you're feeling the
heat of the moment yourself. I'm understandably
exasperated here, but I do realize that the ol'
10-point Courier here isn't exactly the best medium
for getting across jut how (self-)parodically
heightened much of said exasperation has been here.
No, I'm not wrong, and you're not right, but in and of
itself, that's a statement we can BOTH make with some
satisfaction here. No, no acquiescence, not even an
apology per se, though nothing posted was intended
actually to hurt anyone, and I do apologies if that
was NOT the case. But keep in mind that I respond
only in kind, at least insofar as I read things here.
So thank whoever that, if nothing else, neither of us
has yet opted out of the Non-Proliferation Treaty ...
