No one in Middle-earth speaks English.  The Orcs speak the language
of Mordred, Black Speech, which is based somewhat on Quenyan.
The inscription on The Ring is written in Quenyan letters, but the 
language is Black Speech.  It's like writing "Sayonara" in our alphabet
when it should be written in Kanji (characters).
