peter lewis may be a strange guy (his take on denying
funds to all of Cleveland's charities because of his
rift with Case Western's board is really
inexcusable)but his $8 million donation to the ACLU
couldn't come at a better time.
Ashcroft has been keeping a low profile lately which
is probably even more worriesome
