Relevance?  

The article Charles refers us to, whatever you think
of its merits, has nothing to do with name-calling
around the  war in Iraq or whether GW is in fact in
charge of his own policies.  (I happen to think he is,
given the ever-increasing rashness of rhetoric and
action.)
