  "unrestricted"? this is, at the moment, not quite clear. if there's no second 
  u.n.-resolution, this would turn the coming war into a lawless attack: 
  to support such action is forbidden by the german constitution (grundgesetz). 
  actually there are already people who prepare themselves to call the   
  bundesverfassungsgericht, our supreme court, in case of this....
