Pale Fire Schedule

Sure, but just to reiterate for everyone (and me too) -- we're taking a
holistic approach to the book with our discussion, right? Other than
Kinbote as wannabe Boswell, there's not a whole lot to do with the epigraph
without discussing theories of authorship, etc (in which case it could
easily wait for whenever that inevitable discussion begins), and must
therefore spread out to much of the text (to include Grey/Gradus
especially). An interesting comparison to PF's epigraph would be the von
Braun quote in GR.

Also, seeing there's now pairing up in the schedule, I don't want to hog two
slots if someone else wants one. I'm happy to offer up the Sept 1 slot.
