Well, maybe Thomas Friedman is an apologist for
multi/trans/super(?--extra-? a-?)national corporate
capitalism, maybe he's not, but he sure can be read as
uncritical of it, as I believe has been noted here by
someone other than Doug or myself. It begs the
question to say someone's merely telling it as it is,
as this already comes with no end end of ideological
baggage regarding just what "it" might be or how
someone might be telling you it "is." The myth of
journalistic objectivity (which I'm sure you ALL will
grant as myth[ograph]ic, indeed). And his stance(s)
on Iraq have doen little to mitigate what I take as
"our" (Doug's, Christine's, my) assessment ...
