NPPF - preliminary

Frankly, I am highly impressed with Pynchon-L so far, not only for its high level of scholarship in these preliminary discussions of Pale Fire, but also for the civility which the listers are exercising.  One must admit that the presence of N-listers, CNN, etc. undoubtedly plays no small part in these civilities of late, but the quality of discussion has been upbeat, supportive, and erudite.
 
I am looking forward to continued discussions of Pale Fire and, starting next week, the group reading and discussions of Vineland.
