Considering how much SOME listers here "obsess" over certain OTHER listers (Morris can't go a DAY without saying something about Doug, after all!), considering how much many of you likewise enjoy the jab of a good "childish putdown" now and then (and if you deny it, you're a fucking liar), and considering how little many of you have respected an "excellent discussion going on" in the past on the list, well ... I think I'd have to see some of you exercise discipline before I can master the discipline myself.  Y'all are mah hee-roes 'n awl!
 
In the meantime, Waffle Boy, put your money where your mouth is.

These posts just seem silly in light of the excellent discussions going on.
It's only going to get better as we get into Vineland and Pale Fire. Any
hope that your obsession with David Morris and childish putdowns will let up
