Man, why do you have to pick on geese? This anti-birdism of yours really
needs to be addressed. But anyway, this will be my one and only direct reply
to you on this, as I have no desire to perpetuate your exasperating
narcissism.

Exactly! That sure gets my vote! An unrestricted reading by a bunch of
Pynchon fans!

I love it when you, the anarcho-capitalist, the militant-peacenik, use army
allusions.... The many splendored paradox that is Doug...sigh.....
But anyway, you know what I was complaining about, so I'm not getting into
another Doug-Bizarro-World debate with you on this one.
By the way, have you read "Pale Fire?" I am just curious, this is not a
weighted question. You may have answered it before, but I don't recall.

Actually, I have never criticized someone for posting on an off-Pynchon
topic. I have, however, criticized you for spamming the list with links to
propaganda, which is different; and I have criticized you for having the
nerve to criticize others for making off-topic posts, seeing as you are the
reigning King of NP. But critiques of browbeating and hypocrisy do not
equate to ire at off-topic posting.

Lay off David, for heaven's sake! It's obvious you are just trying to wind
him up, so please, give it a break. And "tell" Sloth to give it a break,
too. David's made more many more interesting postings than both of you
lately, and your attempts to inflame him are just...childish.
