How many of today's posts can I safely delete?

Just getting in from a long day at the office, and notice
many back and forth posts mainly not about the works
on the table. Is there a nonaligned day poster out there
who would be willing to re-forward to me just those posts
concerned with discussion of the works? It is really tedious
to have to wade through a bunch of rubbish which might
have seemed awfully important at the time, but now seems
pretty silly and uninteresting. Maybe someone fortunate
enough to have the free time to monitor email all day long
could save each "legitimate" post to a file, and then re-
distribute them to us less fortunate creatures
whose responsibilities do not permit us to monitor email 
all day long.

Chris K's suggestion of a three post limit is looking very
wise in retrospect.
