Then there are the times when a small group manages to
impose it's will on a majority, through deception
(promising one thing and delivering another -- thank
goodness you've got jbor to save your bacon), just
because they want to do what they want to do, despite
protestations.  Sort of like Bush and his cronies with
their war on Iraq.
