That said:   I have no recollection of calling you Millstein; indeed, I deny 
that I did.   It's possible I repeated the word "Millstein" in citing someone 
else.   If you can cite what you're referring to, I will apologize, and 
readily.

If you can't, I'll take it as more of the expected same from you.

I would, however, appreciate your tending to this, rather than letting it 
drift away.
