I always thought that our punning author had a knack for obvious character
names. Female sexual liberation was one of the subtexts of the "movement",
though the progressive males were often surprisingly backward.

"Go make coffee for the meeting, honey. Later on you can tell me how
brilliant I am while we practice free love."

I think Pynchon got this right. I also like the inclusion of a female
"ass-kicker". Brings us to Molly Razor-Girl (Steppin' Razor) and Trinity.
