It's NEVER too early, OR too late, certainbly not when
it comes to Pynchon.  For starters, note that Zoyd's
celebrity AND livelihood (such as it is) amounts to
jumping THROUGH that fourth wall ON that fourth wall
(though it may be telling that the telly recontains,
recuperates that ostensibly transgressive act) ...

Okay, I've hauled out my complete Pynchon Notes,
there's a coupla/three essays that I'll get to here as
time/stamina permit.  First gotta catch up ...
