OBL in Teheran is plausible, although less likely than someplace like Sudan,
Somalia, or one of the former Soviet Central Asian republics to my mind.
Saddam seems an extremely unlikely candidate for Iranian expatriation: too
much bad blood -- oceans of it -- left over from the Iran-Iraq war. Does
you source have sources? Which French newspapers? The ME is notorious as a
breeding ground for far-fetched conspiracy theories: would make a Pynchon
fan convention look calm and deliberate...
