This has been evolving over the past month, perhaps a hoax, perhaps not.
I thought some of you might be interested.  It's the story of one
Isabella V., "a wealthy young woman who claims she went into hiding in
early March to avoid an arranged marriage", recounted through a weblog
journal here:

It seems she's being pursued by a detective she calls Mr. Blond (aka Mr.
Stencil?).
