I appreciate your extra effort to counsel me offlist.
However, it lacks the insight to my total life situation.
As the following is a tack I plan my expositions to take,
I'll share it back to the whole P-list.

Currently, I have been with one woman 20+, married 10+ years,
and while for many years, autofellatio was an escape into a
Walter Mitty sort of alternate reality of sexuality, it caused
no small distress in the relationship. Currently, I have been
questioning the value of sexual fantasy in Cartesian, mental,
private, unaccountable, mind space as a kind of falsehood.

And for any truthseeker, that just doesn't make good sense.

As for advising mind-blunting psychoactive drugs, you don't
realize what limited everyday socially constructed reality
you accept. You may need your own mind to be blown.
