Please search the P-list archives on "s~Z" if you're
looking for off-topic posts.

I don't see anything in your clique's recent posts to
indicate that your discussion of Pale Fire would have
any Pynchon relevance at all. I suggest you and your
pals read Nabokov privately if you don't want to join
Nabokov-L. But, as you've recently demonstrated, you
and Terrance and jbor and Morris and Mackin can pretty
much steer the discussion anyway you want to here.
It's an unmoderated list, post as you like. But,
untether it from Pynchon, anything goes.

We were doing pretty well on the Foreword to 1984
before you guys shut that one down. Why the hurry to
move away from discussion of Pynchon's Foreword to
_1984_? You haven't given it a chance to develop.

While we're sorting out what is or isn't
Pynchon-related, maybe you can explain the Pynchon
relevance of these gems:

Can't be. Again, if you dissect a brain, there are no
pictures to be found.
yet pictures are seen. Where are they? And who is
seeing them?

You are breathing life and humor into it.

Hey that's no addition, that was put on the playlist
years ago. But, hey,
don't miss Wyatt's _Shleep_. Haven't heard his most
recent, but Shleep's my
favorite of his. And if you've not heard the various
recordings live and
otherwise of his work with Soft Machine, well, there's
a goldmine awaiting
you. I've also heard that his music opens and closes
the movie _Winged
Migrations_. Surely its from Shleep which is very
birdy.

If you were to dissect a brain I can assure you there
would be no pictures
found in it.

Where are those pictures, and who/what is 'seeing'
them?
