I'm still waiting for the numerous foreword-related posts you've promised
from the offlist-posters who are complaining that the discussion has been
sabotaged.

I have made my points (that it's got actual references and is no shitty
essay), you've jumped on that train, but what have you got to say? As
usual - nothing.
