Oh, please. That discussion outlived its shelf life long before it finally
consumed itself. No one smothered anything. Please don't let this become
another component in your P-List mythology.

Keith has not been "forcing" anything. He has been very considerate and open
in his attempts to start a group read of Pale Fire.
I count myself as a "Pale Fire" vote, and I cast the votes of my three
alter-egos as well, Terrence, Prozac, and Barbara. (I had you all fooled,
didn't I?)
