Group Read Headcount

I would be glad to read either, or both. I suspect I couldn't stay with
eight months of Pale Fire, but I think a good case has been made for the
relevance of Nabakov to Pynchon and for a Pynchonian reading of Pale Fire.
I think a splitting (with interpenetrations) of the list into two reading
groups could work, and the good will generated by letting each camp have
its way and making neither book mandatory would only be beneficial; and
surely the contextual posts of Doug, Dave, Terance, and others would
continue to enrich discussion in unpredictable ways.
